What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Beverage and Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests from customers.
• Store Operations: Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality products, handling cash, and ensuring store safety and security.
• Scheduling and Punctuality: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Task Execution: Perform many different tasks within the store during each shift to support overall operations.
