The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person, Retail Store Location

• Mission: To ensure operational excellence by keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks to support sales and an exceptional guest experience.
• Tech Stack: Point of Sale system, Apple devices

What You’ll Actually Do
• Performance: Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Operations: Complete operational processes, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures, to meet compliance goals.
• Store Standards: Maintain outstanding store standards and overall cleanliness across the sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas.
• Merchandising: Execute merchandise resets, planograms, and marketing displays, keeping assigned work areas replenished, signed, faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Asset Protection: Protect company assets by adhering to loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. High school diploma is preferred.
• Experience: Preferred: 1 year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Skills: Proficient with basic technology such as a Point of Sale system and Apple devices; ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to problem solve.
• Bonus: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
