The TL;DR

• Location: In-person, in-store locations
• Pay: $16.90 – $24.00 hourly
• Team: Supports the Merchandise Manager (MM) and Operations Manager (OM)
• Mission: Ensures operational excellence and product availability to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Tech Stack: Point of Sale (POS) system, Apple devices

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute operational tasks: Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and process shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Maintain store standards: Drive operational excellence by keeping assigned work areas replenished, signed, and faced, ensuring testers are available, and maintaining overall store cleanliness across all areas.
• Support sales drivers: Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is readily available for purchase.
• Ensure compliance: Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, standards, and dress code, while also following loss prevention best practices to protect company assets.
• Foster positive environment: Contribute to an inclusive atmosphere that supports teammates, peers, and guests, and participate in ongoing training for professional development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma is preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred).
• Skills: Proficient with basic technology including Point of Sale (POS) systems and Apple devices; ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; strong problem-solving capabilities.
