AI-for-Impact Accelerator Internship | Vibe Venture Lab

The Tone:
This is an internship at Vibe Venture Lab, located in Boston, Massachusetts. Vibe operates an 8-week AI-powered accelerator focused on empowering impact entrepreneurs globally. This role is crucial for supporting our international accelerator cohorts, refining our processes, and building the scalable infrastructure needed to achieve our mission of unleashing 1 million impact entrepreneurs worldwide. You will work directly with the founder, gaining real experience and seeing the tangible impact of your contributions.

The TL;DR

• Type: Temporary (8-12 weeks)

• Pay: $100 weekly
• Team: Reports directly to the founder.
• Mission: Scales support for global accelerator cohorts and builds infrastructure for rapid program expansion.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner Support: Support onboarding, customization, and ongoing success for partner accelerators.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement accelerator improvements to enhance conversion, outcomes, and scalability.
• Localization: Support translation and localization of the accelerator into additional languages.
• AI Co-founder Testing: Run structured tests to evaluate the performance of AI co-founder tools.
• Growth Research: Research and develop low-cost direct acquisition channels for marketing and growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student with a genuine passion for impact entrepreneurship, social innovation, and global development. Coursework or foundational knowledge in entrepreneurship, international development, marketing, or operations is expected.
• Experience: No specific years required. Demonstrated high digital literacy and the ability to quickly learn new platforms, including online learning tools, AI agent customization, and AI video editing. Proficiency with LLMs, encompassing effective prompting, space/project engineering, performance testing, and troubleshooting.
• Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory. Strong written communication and comfort collaborating across various time zones and cultures are essential. The ability to manage multiple workflows independently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail is required.
• Bonus: Presence in Boston, prior vibe coding experience, experience in EdTech, and digital marketing experience.
