What You’ll Actually Do
• Network Building: Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market.
• Candidate Management: Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit for roles.
• Client Partnership: Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Goal Achievement: Negotiate offers, manage pipelines, and close placements to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Performance Optimization: Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize output and profitability.

• Background: Others; comprehensive training provided, no prior expertise in technical fields needed.
• Experience: Proven track record of achievement in academic, athletic, professional, or personal endeavors; no prior recruiting or sales background required.
• Skills: Self-starter with a proactive and resourceful mindset, organized and dependable, excellent communication and rapport-building abilities, emotional intelligence, goal orientation, and driven by performance metrics and financial reward.
