What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Drive impactful projects focused on improving patient care within healthcare organizations.
• Software Implementation: Lead software installations as part of a team, ensuring the success of newcomers to the Epic community.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present directly to hospital leadership regarding project progress and solutions.
• Training Coordination: Coordinate end-user training to prepare healthcare providers for software adoption.
• Go-Live Support: Provide comprehensive support to healthcare providers as they transition and go live with Epic software.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a Bachelor’s degree or greater in any major, demonstrating a history of academic and professional success.
• Experience: No software experience is required.
• Skills: Proven project management capabilities, strong presentation skills, and the ability to coordinate complex projects and provide comprehensive support.
• Bonus: Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days (typically 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days per month), eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, and COVID-19 vaccination. Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and reimbursed.
