• Mission: To assist Project Managers with various project phases, gaining hands-on experience in construction management and contributing to project success.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Estimating: Assist Project Managers in describing project proposals and assigning dollar values to projects.
• Scheduling: Help create working timelines for subcontractors and trades to ensure project completion on schedule.
• Buyout: Support the process of sending bid instructions, evaluating proposals, and awarding subcontracts.
• Permitting: Aid in filling out and submitting permit forms, drawings, and fees to relevant authorities for approval.
• Job Site Visits: Visit job sites with Project Managers to monitor project progress and ensure smooth operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrolled in a Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, or Construction Management Bachelor’s degree program.
• Experience: Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, strong written communication, robust work ethic.
• Bonus: Previous internship or co-op construction experience.
