2026 Business Process Associate Consultant – Premium Hub CoE Academy Program | SAP

This is an early career Associate Consultant position at SAP, located in Newtown Square, PA, with a requirement for relocation. • Mission: This person solves customer needs by planning, architecting, analyzing, optimizing, and safeguarding their SAP solutions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Complete an initial bootcamp to rapidly build proficiency in SAP technologies and methodologies.
• Adaptability: Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and proactively respond to project and customer needs in an evolving environment.
• Problem-Solving: Drive results by collaborating within a team, taking initiative, and solving complex problems with increasing responsibility.
• Customer Interaction: Diagnose and analyze customer issues, develop actionable recommendations, escalate defects, and communicate progress clearly.
• Solution Management: Plan, architect, analyze, optimize, and safeguard customers’ SAP solutions within the Premium Hub CoE.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in a corporate setting through internships or recent employment.
• Skills: Development experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, ABAP, C/C++, C#, Python, PHP), strong technical skills in SQL, database management, business intelligence, enterprise performance management, data mining, and systems administration, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bonus: A growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence, paired with a results-oriented approach and the courage to take initiative; must be open to travel and willing to relocate to Newtown Square, PA.
