Home Office Intern | Opaa! Food Management

The Tone:

The Home Office Intern will contribute to general office administration and support key business initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Administration: Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned by management.
• Office Support: Assist with processing mail, managing bookkeeping, performing data entry, and fulfilling office supplies requests.
• Process Improvement: Help to identify and improve existing administration procedures for greater efficiency.
• Operational Flexibility: Rotate as needed to provide essential administrative support for operational needs.
• Project Management: Accept and complete various projects from management to support key company initiatives and objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional seeking real-world experience in general office administration with exposure to the operations of a contracted food service company.
• Experience: Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software, including MS Office Suite.
• Skills: Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy, highly organized, strong ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong follow-up skills, good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, able to multi-task, and demonstrated teamwork skills.
