• Outreach: Systematically use our provided lead databases, pre-written email scripts, and comprehensive cold-call playbooks to efficiently identify and secure 10-minute introductory meetings with key fleet decision-makers.
• Pitch: Lead a highly scripted, 10-minute conversion call designed to present the Virtual OBU solution, showcase our brief 30-second UI Demo, and secure a verbal “Yes” for a risk-free 30-day pilot program.
• Handoff: Seamlessly schedule the essential technical execution call between the newly committed fleet owner and the dedicated Cruze Engineering Team.
• Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of your individual sales pipeline and output, demonstrating the self-starter mentality required to achieve and exceed sales targets in a performance-based role.
• Commission Earning: Directly contribute to company growth and your personal income by successfully driving the completion of 30-day pilot programs, earning uncapped commissions based on a lucrative Marginal Tier structure.
