• Team: Works within the corporate information technology function, reporting under the direct supervision of an experienced professional.
• Mission: Introduction to the corporate information technology function to include both directed and independent projects.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office

What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide technical support by responding to help desk requests and setting up and deploying computer equipment.
• Assist in software development by contributing to the design, coding, testing, and debugging of web and/or mobile applications.
• Support IT security operations by monitoring systems, reviewing alerts/logs, and assisting in investigating potential threats or incidents.
• Perform essential IT maintenance tasks, including installing software, scheduling hardware repairs, and maintaining equipment inventory.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and peers, actively participating in intern program learning and development opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrolled in a college degree program pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of practical work experience, including troubleshooting general computer hardware.
• Skills: Effective communication across all organizational levels and with external partners; a highly motivated and problem-solving attitude; ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; strong work ethic with a focus on quality results.
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office.
