This role joins the Revenue to Cash team, supporting real financial operations and international teams. It’s an opportunity to learn how companies manage cash flow and customer credit risk.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Payment Research: Support unapplied payment research and resolution for OAs.
• Account Cleanup: Contribute to clearing accounts cleanup and third-party callback verifications.
• Project Support: Assist with the Marketplace Cleanup Project and withholding tax review.
• Reconciliation: Handle credit card link requests and simple partners payment reconciliation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics with a basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience: Experience with basic Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash processes is a plus, along with ERP system knowledge.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills for financial processes and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
