About the Role
As a Summer Intern at Tonix Pharmaceuticals, a commercial-stage biotechnology company focused on central nervous system (CNS) and immunology treatments, you will contribute to projects that could shape the future of healthcare. Your work will directly support our mission to bring safe, effective treatments to those who need them most by assisting in research, supporting clinical operations, or helping prepare regulatory documentation.

What You’ll Do
• Support day-to-day operations and strategic projects within the assigned department
• Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare summaries or reports
• Assist in the development of presentations, dashboards, or process documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with team members and stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights
• Complete a capstone project and present findings to leadership at the end of the internship
• Work on-site 3 days per week

• Have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Finance, HR, Data Analytics, or related discipline)
• Have a strong academic record
• Have relevant experience through internships, coursework, or academic projects
• Have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Bonus Qualifications
• Experience with research, data analysis, or presentation development preferred
