About the Role
Your team supports the full-recruiting life cycle, from candidate attraction to offer, while working closely with TA team members and client service professionals (CSPs). You will be based in New York as part of our Talent Attraction (TA) team. Your work will help our team attract and secure top talent, ensuring that we continue to build a strong and capable workforce.

What You’ll Do
• Support various administrative tasks and projects, including data management using the Applicant Tracking System
• Provide candidate support
• Coordinate recruiting events and interview logistics
• Assist with resume screening
• Collaborate with TA team members and CSPs
• Participate in relevant training sessions
• Contribute to select team projects

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic business knowledge
• Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• High level of maturity and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours as needed
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong orientation towards collaboration in a team environment
• 6-month availability with no more than 35 hours per week

• Compensation: $31/hr ($56,420 annually)
