Job Description
About the Role
DinaBridge is a boutique consulting firm specializing in enterprise software services. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Operations Intern to support internal administrative workflows and client-side scheduling. This is a non-technical, administrative-focused role. You will act as the “glue” that keeps our processes moving—specifically focused on high-level meeting coordination and document readiness. This role offers deep insight into the operations of a specialized consulting firm.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate and schedule syncs between our internal engineering team and external client partners.
• Facilitate the document workflow; ensuring administrative documents are fully prepared for founder review and execution (no drafting or legal advice).
• Act as a bridge between the founders and the technical team to ensure administrative deadlines are met.
• Monitor project calendars to ensure no scheduling conflicts arise during key delivery windows.
• Track pipelines and statuses for recruiting/ops (setup guidance provided).
You’re a Good Fit If You
• Have at least one year of professional experience or are a senior-level student with a background in office/business environments.
• Have a “legal-mind” for paperwork—you notice if a signature is missing or if a meeting invite has the wrong link.
• Are proficient with Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Sheets).
• Have the ability to write clear, professional emails to both internal engineers and corporate client contacts.
Bonus Qualifications
• Attio a plus.
Role Highlights & Compensation
• Type: Internship (Professional Development)
• Duration: 12-Week Project
• Hours: 30-40 Hours per Week (Full-Time Commitment); CST/EST availability preferred.
• Remote: This is a 100% remote position.
• Compensation: This is a professional development internship via Virtual Internships.
• Compensation: A performance-based completion stipend will be awarded upon successful fulfillment of project milestones and the 12-week term (at company discretion; unpaid academic/portfolio focus).
