About the Role
Our Corporate Venture team, NexBreak Venture, is seeking a MBA (Product Engineering) Intern focused on AI, Content Innovation to ideate, validate, and launch products from concept to early traction. You will work at the intersection of technology, product, and entrepreneurship to turn emerging AI capabilities into scalable businesses.

What You’ll Do
• Ideate, validate, and launch products from concept to early traction
• Architect intelligent systems
• Validate markets
• Spin out venture-scale businesses
• Establish growth trajectories through technical enablement (user acquisition, product-led growth, monetization etc.
• Do rapid prototyping
• Readily build relationships across startups, venture capital firms, startup accelerators, and other ecosystem partners

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Have a BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields from top tier University
• Have strong ability for coding
• Have 3 years + working experience in Software engineering, ML engineering, Product/Growth/GTM/Monetization experience
• Have a Founder’s mindset, builder’s mentality and strong problem-solving skills
• Possess excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills and strong executive presence with an ability to present thoughtful input to decision-making
• Are a 0→1 builder

Bonus Qualifications
• Have an MBA
• Have Founder or Co-Founder Experience
• Have an existing network in the San Francisco Bay Area’s startup ecosystem
• Have a passion for innovative technologies and artificial intelligence, with a strong pulse on key trends, themes and players

Role Highlights & Compensation
• Hourly Pay: $40- $60
