About the Role
The Server/Host is responsible for attending to guests’ and residents’ needs and requests regarding food and beverage service and table maintenance. This role ensures awareness of each resident’s daily nutritional and special needs and delivers food and beverages promptly and courteously in a busy, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do
• Be attentive to guests’ and residents’ needs and requests regarding food and beverage service and table maintenance.
• Be aware of each resident’s daily nutritional and special needs, as documented in their comprehensive resident assessment and plan of care.
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously in a very busy, fast-paced environment.
• Stock and re-stock all supplies in the assigned areas.
• Safely operate, clean, and sanitize equipment and workspaces.
• Handle and prepare food and perform general and deep cleaning duties in compliance with department and facility policies and procedures, and state and federal laws and regulations.
• Assist other department personnel with tasks when necessary and perform all other assigned duties.

• Are able to express oneself adequately and accurately in written and/or oral communication (including documentation in clinical records) with direct care staff, interdisciplinary team members, administration, and government officials.
• Have excellent attendance and reliability.
• Possess strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Have the ability to support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Role Highlights & Compensation
• Compensation: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience and shift.
• Shifts available: FT 5:30a – 2:00p, PT AM servers 5:30a-2:00p, PT 4pm – 7pm.
