About the Role
We are seeking Senior Full Stack Developers to join our growing remote team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems that ensure a seamless, high-quality user experience. You will collaborate closely with our design and product teams to bring ideas to life, ensure system reliability, and deliver pixel-perfect UI with robust backend logic.

What You’ll Do
• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications aligned with product requirements.
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Optimize both frontend and backend performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Integrate APIs, authentication systems, and storage solutions effectively.
• Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented codebases.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve product performance and user experience.

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Have strong proficiency in Next.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and RESTful API development.
• Have experience in responsive UI/UX implementation using Tailwind CSS.
• Have experience working with Azure or other cloud storage solutions.
• Possess strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote team environment.
• Are able to join immediately and work 11 AM – 3 PM EST (New York Time Zone).

Bonus Qualifications
• Are familiar with Python frameworks (Flask/Fast API).
• Understand authentication and secure API design (Supabase preferred).
