What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Development: Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable, and reliable software applications.
• Collaborate: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices and established coding standards.
• Troubleshoot: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
• Mentor: Mentor junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge, fostering growth, and promoting a culture of learning and excellence within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. This is a Senior-level role.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex software projects; extensive experience with distributed systems, microservices architectures, and RESTful API design.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, Go, C#, or JavaScript (Node.js); strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, and software design patterns; proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and Git.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js); knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes); prior experience in a technical leadership or mentoring role.
