What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems and applications from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting comprehensive code reviews to ensure quality and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Mentor: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
• Architect: Contribute significantly to the architecture and technical roadmap of the company’s core products.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong track record of shipping high-quality software solutions.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in modern programming languages like Python, Java, Go, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript; extensive experience with web frameworks; solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles; demonstrated experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases; familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture; proficiency with Git; excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes); familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing; knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code; previous experience in a tech lead or senior mentoring role; contributions to open-source projects or a personal portfolio; experience with performance optimization and scaling distributed systems.
