What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications across the full stack, including UI/UX implementation and API/database interactions.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Review: Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and security.
• Mentor: Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, focused on full-stack web development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), extensive experience with back-end programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails, C#), solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, and experience designing/implementing RESTful APIs.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in a related field, experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, familiarity with agile methodologies, and experience with testing frameworks.
