What You’ll Actually Do
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions and system design.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and promote engineering best practices within the team.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of critical systems.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in full-stack or backend software development, with proven expertise in at least one modern programming language. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and building scalable, distributed systems.
• Skills: Backend Development, API Design, Cloud Computing, Database Management, System Architecture, Technical Leadership, Mentorship, Problem-Solving, Strong Verbal & Written Communication.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal project portfolio.
