The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Location: Austin, TX
• Pay: $80000–$110000 yearly
• Team: IT Team
• Mission: Advance IT capabilities by developing and maintaining AI-driven business workflow automations while providing essential IT support and security.
• Tech Stack: n8n, Claude/ChatGPT, M365, Cisco Meraki, Python, JavaScript

What You’ll Actually Do
• Automation & Integration: Build and maintain business workflow automations using tools like n8n, AI coding assistants, and custom integrations.
• Automation & Integration: Actively collaborate with various teams to identify processes ripe for automation and implement effective solutions.
• IT Support & Security: Manage and resolve IT support tickets, addressing issues such as access problems, software and hardware troubleshooting.
• IT Support & Security: Handle comprehensive employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation setup and M365 administration.
• IT Support & Security: Contribute to the maintenance of security policies and support progress toward SOC and ISO 27001 certifications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional in IT support, systems administration, or a related role.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in IT support, with proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and access management.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration, and a basic understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and privacy regulations.
• Bonus: Experience with workflow automation tools (especially n8n), familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), knowledge of M365 administration, industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Net+, Sec+), or scripting experience in Python or JavaScript.
