• Team: Rapidly growing product development team, collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers.
• Mission: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions for the AI-driven analytics platform.
• Tech Stack: Python, Java, Spring Boot, Django/Flask, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Agile.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, and implementation of critical features and services for the core platform.
• Architect: Architect and build scalable microservices and APIs that integrate seamlessly with various systems.
• Code: Write clean, well-tested, efficient, and maintainable code primarily in Python or Java.
• Collaborate: Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality solutions.
• Mentor: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and contributing to their growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead engineering role.
• Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software development, including proven experience designing and building scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Skills: Expertise in Python or Java (with frameworks), strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), extensive experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Bonus: Experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js), knowledge of data streaming platforms (Kafka), serverless architectures (AWS Lambda), or familiarity with MLOps.
