What You’ll Actually Do
• Software Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient software applications and services across the full lifecycle.
• Technical Leadership: Guide architectural decisions, define technical specifications, and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering continuous improvement.
• System Optimization: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system stability and reliability.
• Collaboration & Standards: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, advocating for and implementing engineering best practices including CI/CD.
• Innovation: Research and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance development processes and product offerings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience. Proven experience designing and building scalable, high-performance distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in one or more core programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript (for backend roles), or relevant frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for frontend roles.
• Skills: Solid understanding and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB), along with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience with GraphQL, Kafka, Spark, Machine Learning, or specific testing frameworks.
