This role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s financial records within the Accounts Payable department, supporting our national expansion.

• Mission: This position is responsible for meticulously examining and preparing the company’s financial records to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google Mail, PC operation
What You’ll Actually Do
• Verify: Meticulously check the accuracy of all business transactions.
• Reconcile: Reconcile processed work by diligently verifying entries for any discrepancies and comparing system reports to balances.
• Manage: Manage and schedule paychecks for assigned vendors, ensuring timely receipt of payments for outstanding credits.
• Review: Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices to prevent errors.
• Track: Maintain comprehensive tracking of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma required, with fundamental knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields.
• Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis on Excel; strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail; proven ability to prioritize and multitask effectively; deadline-oriented and able to function effectively in a high-paced, high-demand environment.
• Bonus: Some college coursework completed, bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish, and construction industry experience are all valuable assets.
