About the Opportunity: Subscription Renewal Specialist

GoEngineer, a leading provider of innovative engineering software and 3D Printing technology, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Subscription Renewal Specialist. This role is essential for providing operational support to our Subscription Renewal Team, ensuring the seamless and efficient processing of customer renewals and contributing significantly to the department’s monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

Key Contributions in This Role:

  • Customer Support & Communication: Partner closely with the Subscription Renewals Team to address customer inquiries and manage all renewal-related needs. Proactively contact customers to confirm receipt of renewal notices, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Documentation & Accuracy: Prepare, review, and update renewal letters, quotes, and notifications with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Quote Auditing: Meticulously audit renewal quotes to verify pricing, terms, and all other details are correct before processing. This position requires managing a high volume of quote creation requests.
  • Payment & Order Processing: Efficiently and accurately process customer payments and submit orders to Order Management.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, product, and sales information within the CRM system.
  • Goal Achievement: Assist with tracking renewal activity and actively support the team in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes, contributing to a smooth and positive customer renewal experience.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven customer service or support experience, preferably in a subscription service or similar industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Empathy & Patience: Empathetic and patient demeanor, coupled with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Efficiency: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support tools.

Compensation:

$21 – $24 per hour
