What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Guide the entire software development lifecycle from initial design through deployment and ongoing maintenance of full-stack applications.
• Develop: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code for both front-end and back-end application components.
• Architect: Contribute to technical design discussions, proposing solutions and ensuring architectural consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate: Work with product management, UX/UI designers, quality assurance, and other engineering teams to define requirements, build features, and resolve issues.
• Mentor: Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews for junior engineers, fostering best practices within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. This is a senior-level role.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience, including hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js), strong back-end development skills (Node.js/Express), database expertise (relational/NoSQL), API design (RESTful/GraphQL), and version control (Git).
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless architectures, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS), and DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines.
