What You’ll Actually Do
• Store Management: Assist with comprehensive store operations, including diligent opening and closing procedures to ensure readiness and security.
• Visual Merchandising: Implement detailed planograms for proper product placement, optimal visual merchandising, and an organized store environment.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate strong product knowledge across landscaping-related products to effectively assist customers with their specific needs and inquiries.
• Financial Operations: Handle all bank deposits and cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity.
• Sales Optimization: Merchandise products strategically to maximize sales potential, enhance customer satisfaction, and create an inviting shopping experience.
