Affordable Landscaping Services LLC is a full-service landscaping company based in Atlanta, offering landscape design, maintenance, and irrigation systems for residential clients in the northern suburbs. This role supports the retail arm of our operations, supplying essential products to our customers and teams.

Your Role and Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist with comprehensive store operations, including diligent opening and closing procedures to ensure readiness and security.
• Implement detailed planograms to ensure proper product placement, optimal visual merchandising, and an organized store environment.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge across our range of landscaping-related products to effectively assist customers with their specific needs and inquiries.
• Handle all bank deposits and cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity.
• Merchandise products strategically to maximize sales potential, enhance customer satisfaction, and create an inviting shopping experience.

What We’re Looking For (Required Skills):

• Proven experience in retail sales and delivering outstanding customer support.
• Proficiency with various point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Ability to effectively manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
• Strong cashier skills, including accurate cash handling and efficient product scanning.
• Knowledge of HTML is a significant plus, indicating potential for assisting with online product presentation or digital inventory systems.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in wellness, distribution, or reimbursement, which can offer valuable perspectives to our operational efficiency.
• A prior military background, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

• Maximum Salary: $59,860.00
