What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Design, develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements for flagship web applications using modern React, Redux, Node.js, and related technologies.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead: Lead technical discussions, participate in architectural design, and perform thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Optimize: Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
• Mentor: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, sharing knowledge, best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in full-stack web development with a strong emphasis on modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, demonstrating strong proficiency in React.js (including Hooks and context API) and Node.js (with frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or Koa.js).
• Skills: Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Redux for state management, RESTful API design, relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, ORMs), and exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), Docker, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
