Location: While this position is fully remote, candidates are required to reside within the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, SC area to meet client-specific needs and requirements.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Distribution Designer is to apply a comprehensive understanding of technical principles to design safe, cost-effective, and highly reliable distribution power facilities. This role will contribute to a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Distribution Designer, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of electrical and power distribution projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing comprehensive project and job packages for various electrical and power distribution installations.
• Developing accurate material lists to ensure all necessary components are identified and accounted for.
• Generating requisitions for materials and services required for project completion.
• Estimating labor requirements to facilitate efficient project planning and resource allocation.
• Creating detailed site drawings that accurately depict the project location and existing infrastructure.
• Producing precise construction drawings that guide the installation process, ensuring adherence to safety and design standards.
• All tasks will be performed with a strong focus on delivering projects in a cost-effective manner.
