• Pay: $17.13–$17.50 hourly
• Mission: This role owns the responsibility for enhancing the customer journey through outstanding service, effective merchandising, and product expertise in the clothing department.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Experience: Deliver phenomenal customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every North 40 guest.
• Sales Generation: Engage customers, generate sales, and suggest products relevant to their needs and interests.
• Visual Merchandising: Execute stocking and merchandising tasks to ensure the clothing department is visually appealing and well-organized.
• Product Expertise: Educate and assist customers regarding the various brands and products sold by North 40.
• Department Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized department at all times, adhering to security protocols.

• Experience: Ability to educate and assist customers on the brands that North 40 sells; no specific years of prior experience are required.
