The Tone:

The program also provides exposure to modern device management tools like Jamf and Microsoft Intune.

• Mission: This person supports Digital Workplace experience, IT Asset Management, and Cybersecurity initiatives, while assisting with day-to-day IT operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Digital Workplace Support: Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and general employee IT issues, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• IT Operations: Manage and respond to IT support tickets within the system, accurately documenting each request and resolution.
• Asset Management: Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory records and support the full asset lifecycle, including deployment, tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Cybersecurity Assistance: Assist in monitoring and reviewing security alerts, support vulnerability tracking and remediation, and contribute to endpoint security enforcement and configuration management initiatives.
• Documentation: Develop and update IT procedures and knowledge base articles to ensure clear and accessible information for the team and end-users.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently a standing junior or senior in a 4-year undergraduate program, or a 2026 graduate, majoring in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: No prior professional IT work experience is explicitly required, as this program is designed to provide real-world exposure and build foundational skills.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, and security tools; strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to lift and move equipment up to 20lbs.
• Bonus: Coursework in networking, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
