Campus Intern | CDW
The Tone:
This is a year-round internship at CDW, located on your university campus, designed for students to make a valuable impact without leaving their academic environment. CDW is a leading multi-brand provider of information technology solutions to business, government, education, and healthcare customers. In this role, you will be part of a team that makes technology work so people can do great things, fostering connections and enhancing the technology footprint at your university. The program offers significant training, including 6-weeks of paid training and ongoing mentorship, while emphasizing work/life balance with scheduling flexibility to accommodate academic commitments and provide crucial customer-facing experience in a cutting-edge industry.

• Team: Works directly with a dedicated Intern Program Manager and Sales team.
• Mission: To directly enhance the technology footprint at your university by fostering connections between IT departments, University Administration, and CDW, ultimately maximizing the student technology experience and ensuring students get the most out of their college investment.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the CDW Sales team, your University, and Fortune 500 technology partners.
• Network: Network, build, and maintain relationships with existing customers across various departments on your campus.
• Research: Research technology trends and identify opportunities for how CDW can be more strategic on campus.
• Educate: Educate existing customers on the CDW partnership by highlighting the value and expertise offered to the University.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Sophomore or Junior enrolled in an undergraduate program at the University indicated in the job title.
• Experience: Ability to learn quickly and apply effective problem-solving skills with analytical aptitude. Must demonstrate strong organization and time management skills to work effectively in an independent environment.
• Skills: Effective and professional communication with all levels of an organization, relationship building, research, and educational outreach.
• Bonus: Availability to work on campus for 15-25 hours/week within standard business hours, year-round. Must be authorized to work for CDW in the United States; immigration sponsorship (H1-B, TN, etc.) is not currently available for this position.
