What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and develop: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex features and functionalities from conception to deployment.
• Write code: Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (API/Services) components.
• Collaborate: Work with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure seamless integration.
• Architect systems: Architect and build scalable microservices and robust APIs that power applications.
• Improve processes: Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies, including participating in code reviews.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Candidates should be at a senior career level.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. This includes extensive experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and strong proficiency in a modern back-end language (Python, Java, Go, C#, or Node.js).
• Skills: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra), experience designing and building RESTful APIs, and proficiency with Git and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bonus: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a related field, experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps, previous technical leadership or mentoring, knowledge of message queueing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and experience with performance optimization and caching strategies.
