Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern web technologies and frameworks.
• Build and optimize APIs and microservices that serve as the backbone for AI model deployment and data ingestion pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative features.
• Develop robust and responsive user interfaces (UI) that provide seamless interaction with AI-powered features and data visualizations.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, including participating in code reviews and implementing testing strategies.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and operational support.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, integrating them into our engineering processes where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and associated tooling (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Expertise in backend development using languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.
• Extensive experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Proficiency with database systems, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), testing, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with data pipelines, ETL processes, or big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), or MLOps practices.
• Prior experience with real-time data streaming or event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web application development.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
