What You’ll Actually Do
• Fleet Management: Manage a fleet of vehicles as part of daily operations.
• Customer Care: Provide exceptional customer care to build strong relationships.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop effective marketing strategies to promote the business.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with both customers and coworkers.
• Project Completion: Utilize learned skills to complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a current rising Senior enrolled full-time in a college or university with a graduation date of May 2027 at the latest.
• Experience: Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
• Skills: Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship, be able to start in May 2026, and commit to a 10-12 week program working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
