Opportunity: Part-Time Leasing Consultant

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Morada Rise – a beautiful 345-unit community)

Days Required: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in the property management industry!

Key Responsibilities

  • Interviews prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications, inputting information into the computer system.
  • Accompanies prospects to model apartments and discusses the size and layout of rooms, available facilities (e.g., swimming pool), location of shopping centers and freeways, services available, and terms of the lease.
  • Qualifies prospective residents, verifying applications, lease documents, and related paperwork, updating records as necessary.
  • Completes lease forms or agreements and collects rental deposits and application fees.
  • Introduces new residents to apartment and property procedures.
  • Promotes positive, proactive resident relations, striving to make the living experience, from the first to the last impression, of the highest quality.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of demonstrated sales and customer service experience is a must.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must be an effective listener and communicator with the ability to work well on a team.
  • Ability to work weekends is a must.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $18.00 – $20.00/hour.
