Role: AMI Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency by resolving exceptions within AMI systems, ensuring accurate and timely meter data flow, and coordinating with various internal and external teams. The successful candidate will possess strong customer service and analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of metering infrastructure and data management.

Responsibilities

• Resolve exceptions between work order management system and billing system.
• Review OMNI and MATS notes, check property on Google Maps, and view assessor documents.
• Document findings in appropriate systems (e.g., Jira for CGI tracking).
• Contact customers, landlords, or property managers as appropriate to resolve issues.
• Make contact, schedule appointments, create work orders, and facilitate necessary exchanges (e.g., meter deployments).
• Review cases with deployment supervisors for their knowledge and potential field visit coordination.
• Perform at least two additional call attempts for unresolved cases.
• Conduct blind field “cold calls” as in-person attempts when necessary to resolve issues.
• Deprioritize cases in the queue to focus on other workable cases when initial attempts are unsuccessful.
• Participate in the Final AMI deployment “no missed meter strategy roundtable” for case review and final resolution attempts.

Required Skills

• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Understanding of AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) concepts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• College graduate (preferred).
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

This is a Contract position with a hybrid work model, based out of Westwood, MA. Candidates located in Springfield, MA will also be considered.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $27.00/hr.
