• Team: Product development team, collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers.
• Mission: To design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications for an evolving user base.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications and services using modern technologies.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with product management and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
• Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stack, covering front-end, back-end, and database layers.
• Mentor: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute: Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, driving continuous improvement in our technology stack and development processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Skills: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML5, and CSS3; strong back-end development with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, C#); experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases; demonstrated experience with RESTful API design and development; solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms; experience with Git.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and microservices architecture; familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes); experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines; understanding of security best practices in web application development; experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment; contribution to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile.
