What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design and develop new features and services across the full stack using modern technologies and best practices.
• Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring high quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead: Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions, helping to shape the future of the platform.
• Optimize: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level: Senior. Core domain knowledge: Full-stack software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), extensive experience with back-end development (Node.js preferred, Python, Java, Go, or Ruby), and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker and Kubernetes).
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
