About the Marketing Intern Role

This is a hybrid role based in our Malvern, PA office. The Marketing Intern will play a crucial role in supporting CubeSmart’s performance media and SEO/web team. This team is dedicated to an omni-channel strategy, aiming to drive new customers through a diversified media mix.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teammates to create engaging digital content, including campaign creative, video, social content, and ad copy.
• Provide innovative ideas and concepts for social posts, videos/reels, blog content, and other digital channels.
• Support the creation of videos specifically for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Assist in the sourcing and vetting of potential influencer partnerships.
• Support the performance media team by producing reports, reviewing campaign performance, and making data-driven optimizations to ad campaigns.
• Perform ongoing keyword research for both paid and organic campaigns, identifying discovery and keyword expansion opportunities.
• Leverage website performance metrics to uncover new ideas and improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Well-versed and active on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen enjoyment for using data to derive actionable conclusions.
