What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure Quality: Implement and maintain robust unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Review: Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Support Growth: Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team to foster continuous learning and development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript; extensive experience with back-end development using languages like Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or Ruby on Rails; hands-on experience with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases; familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP); experience with Git version control.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems; knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions); experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Selenium); contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
