Our client, a highly respected San Francisco Bay Area General Contractor, is actively hiring several Construction Project Engineers to support projects in San Francisco, San Jose, Milpitas, and Santa Cruz. These roles are ideal for early-career construction professionals who want real responsibility, hands-on project exposure, and a clear growth path toward Project Management. Project Engineers on this team are embedded in the work — collaborating closely with Project Managers and Superintendents across multiple Bay Area locations while gaining experience through the full project lifecycle.

Your New Role

The Work (Across SF, San Jose, Milpitas & Santa Cruz)

• Ground-up and renovation projects throughout the Bay Area
• Project types may include Commercial, Multifamily, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and specialty construction
• Daily collaboration with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
• 1–4 years of construction experience (General Contractor or builder preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office (Primavera a plus)
