Project Engineers on this team are embedded in the work, collaborating closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to gain experience through the full project lifecycle.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide essential support for ground-up and renovation construction projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Manage: Manage daily tasks and responsibilities across diverse project types, which may include Commercial, Multifamily, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and specialty construction.
• Collaborate: Engage in daily collaboration with project owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Gain: Gain comprehensive hands-on project exposure and practical experience by being embedded directly in the work.
• Learn: Learn and develop through the full project lifecycle, working closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to acquire mentorship and leadership insights.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–4 years of construction experience; General Contractor or builder experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Proficiency with Primavera software.
