What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Design, develop, test, and deploy new features and services across our platform.
• Collaborate: Work with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect: Implement scalable, reliable, and secure software systems using modern technologies and best practices.
• Code: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality.
• Mentor: Guide junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and professional development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend systems.
• Experience: Designing and building scalable APIs and microservices architectures; extensive experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases; proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skills: Expert proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, Go, C#, or Node.js; solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles; strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues; familiarity with front-end frameworks; experience with performance tuning and optimization of large-scale systems; knowledge of security best practices.
