What You’ll Actually Do
• Process commercial lines policies, ensuring accuracy, updating the agency management system, and preparing them for customer delivery.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members, including processing change requests, endorsements, and data entry.
• Manage incoming communications by providing backup support on main phone lines as needed.
• Handle mail logistics by retrieving, sorting, and delivering incoming mail as backup support.
• Deliver urgent bonds to designated clients when necessary.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career
• Experience: A Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving history is required.
• Skills:
• Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and establish priorities effectively.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Have a good level of ability with Word, Excel, and related software.
• Bonus: Prior work experience with Excel, Word, and related software is preferred.
