The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Contract (6 months contract basis, followed by permanent position as M&A Associate)
• Location: In-person, Indore, M.P, India

• Mission: To assist the team in the execution of M&A transactions, financial analysis, and strategic consulting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execution: Assist in the execution of on-going M&A transactions within the team.
• Content Creation: Create and draft marketing presentations and memoranda for internal and external use.
• Research: Conduct company and industry research to support various M&A activities.
• Financial Analysis: Assist in the developing of financial models and valuation analyses.
• Due Diligence: Support due diligence execution processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate or Master’s degree. Early Career. Core domain knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required for this role.
• Skills: Problem-solving oriented and analytical thinking capability; strong organisational skills and attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills; team player with good work ethic, entrepreneurial attitude and demonstrated commitment to excellence; goal-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and a “can do” attitude.
• Bonus: Fluency in a European language; relevant internship experience from an Investment Bank, Boutique, or Big 4 Accounting Firm.
