What You’ll Actually Do
• Fleet Management: Learn how to manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent care to our customers.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with both customers and coworkers.
• Project Completion: Apply acquired skills to complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Rising Senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program, set to graduate between July 2026 – June 2027.
• Experience: At least six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Skills:
• Ability to commit to working 40 hours/week for a 12-week program beginning May 11th, 2026 or June 15th, 2026.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Enrollment at a college or university located in Washington state.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
