The Tone:
This is an internship at TRANZACT, located in Fort Lee, NJ, offering a hybrid work schedule with in-office days on Tuesday and Thursday. TRANZACT operates as a leading direct-to-consumer insurance services business, specializing in the distribution of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Life & Supplemental insurance policies. As a performance-driven digital marketing company, TRANZACT builds innovative solutions for insurance carrier partners and strives to provide consumers with a best-in-class experience, collaborating with some of America’s largest insurance brands. What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Involvement: Actively participate in hands-on projects within one of the key internship areas: Marketing, Account Management, Operations, or Finance/Accounting.
• Strategic Contribution: Support the development and execution of data-driven strategies across marketing, technology, sales, and servicing functions.
• Business Understanding: Gain direct exposure to the direct-to-consumer insurance services business model and its operations.
• Consumer Experience: Contribute to efforts focused on delivering a best-in-class experience for consumers engaging with insurance policies.
• Collaborative Impact: Work alongside a diverse team of professionals to achieve company goals and foster a high-growth environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career: Rising Senior (Class of 2027) enrolled in a college program.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong analytical abilities and a capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, an extraordinary work ethic, and a passion to contribute to a high-growth team.
• Bonus: Majors in Communications, Business, Finance/Accounting, or Marketing are preferred.
