What You’ll Actually Do
• Inventory Management: Meticulously conduct accurate and timely cycle counts and comprehensive physical inventories of all warehouse goods to consistently maintain optimal inventory levels and uphold data integrity.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate, analyze, and appropriately file all daily inventory control reports, ensuring the continuous accuracy and accessibility of critical inventory data.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Thoroughly investigate and resolve discrepancies related to missing products in storage locations by meticulously reviewing inventory transaction history, escalating complex or unresolved issues to warehouse management with detailed explanations.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify and analyze existing trends and processes that impact inventory control, communicating findings effectively and providing actionable recommendations for process enhancements to warehouse management.
• Operational Support: Provide comprehensive support for diverse inventory-related projects, including sorting specific items and monitoring service levels, while also facilitating clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders to manage inventory flow and coordination across departments.
