What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance software applications and services.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code in a primary language such as Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
• Collaborate & Deliver: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define specifications, plan features, and deliver robust solutions.
• Mentor & Review: Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical excellence.
• Architect & Optimize: Actively participate in architectural discussions, system design, and technology evaluations to drive innovation and optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software, and extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skills: Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++), solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and software design patterns, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), test-driven development (TDD), open-source contributions, Agile/Scrum environments, and security best practices.
